Public event roster
The event availability board is visible to everyone. Editors with the chapter password can add, change, and remove competitor names. Enter only information intended for public display. Roster entries are stored in this site’s dedicated Supabase project and remain until an editor changes or removes them.
Editing access
The server verifies the editing password for every change. During editing, the password is held in the current page’s memory and sent to the server over HTTPS on the hosted site. Lock editing or close the page to end that editing session. The database secret key is kept on the server.
Member accounts
Signing in is optional; everything else on this site works without an account. An account stores the email address and the name entered at sign-up, held by Supabase authentication along with a hashed password, and the work saved from the site: competitor profile, graded practice exam attempts, saved roleplays and their notes, starred performance indicators, and the notebook. Saved work is visible only to the signed-in member and is never shown on the public site. Sign-in tokens are kept in cookies the browser cannot read from page scripts, and they are sent only to this site. Clearing saved work from your desk removes all of it immediately; to delete the account itself, contact a chapter officer.
Practice and browser storage
Some study tools use your browser’s local storage to remember progress or preferences. You can clear that data through your browser’s site-data settings. The study desk checklist lasts only for the current page session.
Hosting and external services
Vercel hosts this site and Supabase stores the shared roster. Hosting services may process request information, such as IP addresses and technical logs. This site does not include an analytics component or embedded chat service. Fonts and chapter images are served with the site. External resources and social links have their own data practices.
Questions and corrections
