Start-Up Business Plan
Competitors create a written plan for launching a new business from scratch. Unlike EIB, the Start-Up Business Plan focuses specifically on the early-stage startup, funding strategy, lean operations, and rapid validation.
Business Solutions Project
Competitors design and execute a project that delivers a business solution to a real organization. The portfolio documents the entire project lifecycle: identification of the business need, planning, execution, and measured outcomes.
Career Development Project
Competitors develop and execute a chapter-wide career development program. The project documents how the chapter helped members explore careers, build professional skills, and prepare for employment or higher education.
Community Awareness Project
Competitors plan and execute a project designed to raise community awareness about an important issue. The portfolio documents outreach activities, media coverage, partnerships, and measurable awareness outcomes.
Community Giving Project
Competitors plan and execute a fundraising or donation project that delivers tangible resources or funds to a nonprofit or community organization. The portfolio documents planning, fundraising activities, and verified impact.
Financial Literacy Project
Competitors design and deliver a financial literacy education program for a target audience (students, community members, etc.). The portfolio documents curriculum development, delivery, and measured improvement in financial knowledge.
Sales Project
Competitors create and execute a sales program for an actual product or service. The project may support a school store, community fundraiser, or real business partnership. The portfolio documents prospecting, sales process, results, and analysis.
Integrated Marketing Campaign–Event
Competitors create a complete integrated marketing campaign for a real or hypothetical event. The campaign includes market research, audience segmentation, creative strategy, media plan, and ROI projections, delivered in a portfolio and oral presentation.
Integrated Marketing Campaign–Product
Competitors develop an integrated marketing campaign for a physical product. The campaign covers brand positioning, consumer insights, creative strategy, channel mix, and campaign measurement for a product launch or repositioning.
Integrated Marketing Campaign–Service
Competitors develop an integrated marketing campaign for a service offering. Given the intangible nature of services, the campaign must effectively communicate value, build trust, and leverage customer testimonials and experience-driven content.
Financial Consulting Event
Competitors prepare a financial consulting portfolio for a client scenario, then deliver a financial consulting role-play with a judge acting as the client. The event tests both written preparation and live financial advisory skills.
